- What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe to process secure credit card payments for all membership fees. You can use all major credit card types for this including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discovery.
- How do I cancel my recurring membership?

If you would like to cancel an active recurring membership, please make sure you are logged in to your member's account, and go to your main user profile page. Here you will find a button where you can immediately cancel your membership so that no more recurring payments will come out. When you do this, you will still be able to access all membership features until the end of your current active subscription period.
- I am not in Australia, can I still join?

Of course! We have a large contingency of international practitioners who are part of our community. No matter where you are based, you can still access all member content and our virtual only member's events. When it comes to managing change, borders are no boundary. The technical and personal fundamentals of change management are universal, as such you will benefit greatly from the many resources in our members area and connections you will make with other change specialists.
- Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the downloadable content and online resources in our members area, we do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel.
- If I cancel my membership can I join again later?

Of course. When you cancel your membership your user account will still remain active. If you decide to join again simply login (or enter the same email address for your account at checkout) when you purchase a new one.
- Can I share my membership with other people?

No. All premium memberships are only to be used by the purchaser of that membership. Please do not share your login details with other people. If you are part of an organisation and would like special access for multiple users/employees, please contact us here.
- What happens if a recurring payment fails?

When your chosen payment method does not process successfully, our system will try processing the payment again in exactly 3 days time. In this time please make sure you have funds available on your credit card, or that you update your card details if it has expired in your user account.
- Can I attend member-only events if my membership expires?

If you have already registered for one of our private member events whilst your membership was active, you are still welcome to join the event even if it expires. You will just not be able to register for new member-only events once your membership expires.
