Definition of terms used in this document

Premium content: all digital media in the members-only section of the website solely accessible only by users with an active paid subscription to one of our membership plans

Website: all web pages, content and emails published or sent from www.thechangespace.net

User: the individual using the website; either logged-in to a personal account or anonymously

Content: all text, video, audio, images or any other digital media published on the website

By using the website and/or subscribing to our paid membership plans, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Recurring membership payments
    Upon checking out with a premium membership plan at our website you will be entering into a recurring billing agreement. This means that you will automatically be re-billed annually for your membership fees. The term for this agreement is infinite and will only stop if you cancel your subscription to our services via your account. For more information on how to do this please click here.
  2. Account creation personal information
    All new users must first create an account to access premium membership features. In doing so you must provide an email address, first name and password. To ensure security and privacy, this information is not displayed for public access or able to be viewed by other registered users of the site. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your password and all other account information. We do not share your personal information with any other organisation or person outside of our immediate network of businesses unless given your express authority to do so.
  3. Accessing paid premium content
    To access premium content on the website you must have an active internet connection on your computer, phone, tablet or other device and be logged-in with your user account. The premium content is not available offline and cannot be downloaded to your device/s. You must also have an active paid subscription to access premium content. If your subscription has been cancelled or a payment has been declined for the period in which you are trying to access the site, you will not be able to access premium content.
  4. Sharing account login details
    It is strictly forbidden for any user to share their password or login details with any other individual or group. The premium membership plans are solely for the use of the person under which the account is registered. You are fully responsible and liable for all access and use of the website and service that occurs under your user name and password. It is your responsibility to ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially if you are using a device in a public area.
  5. Refund policy
    We do not offer refunds for paid services or memberships under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to cancel your recurring subscription if you no longer wish to use the services offered.

When you cancel your subscription service you will no longer be able to access premium content and services after the term of your current membership ends.

    Upon cancellation of an active paid subscription to our services, your website user account will still remain active.

  7. Online payments
    All website credit card payments are handled by our secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. It is the user's responsibility to ensure there is no breach of personal data when entering personal and payment information on our website. The Change Space is not responsible for any financial loss, breach of personal information or any other repercussions arising from doing this. It is the users responsibility to ensure their internet connection is secure, devices are adequately protected by malware/virus programs and to not share their credit card details with any other individual either directly or by way of a breach on their personal device or network.
  8. Content disclosure & liability
    All users of the website agree to indemnify The Change Space against any possible action (legal or otherwise) in the event of any possible repercussions deriving from the opinions, views, instructions or any other information contained in the website content.
  9. Governance and compliance
    Due to the global nature of the internet, you agree and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations under local, state, federal and country regulations regarding access to the website. You agree and are obligated as a registered user to comply with applicable agreements regarding transmissions of technical data in the country in which you reside. The Change Space will not be liable for any illegal or immoral conduct of registered users or the failure to comply with this section.

    All users of the website agree not to transfer, sell, plagiarise or re-use any content from . This also includes the distribution, broadcast, display, copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting or re-selling of any part of the content on this website. If you are found to be in breach of this agreement we are within our rights to take the appropriate action to ensure removal of our content from any other location, digital or otherwise and if necessary will proceed with legal action to ensure the breached content is removed

    • Promote sexual harassment or violence
    • Swear or make sexual statements or threats towards other site registered users or management. Threatening behaviour will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities
    • Promote or state information that is false or misleading or conduct illegal activity in any form
    • Be involved in transmission of junk mail, chain letters or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging or spamming in any form
    • Defame any personality or their personal beliefs, values, ideals or wellbeing
    • Approach registered users to sell or promote any other products, services or activity
    • Include in posting, comment or upload an image of another person without written consent
    • Participate in offensive, indecent or objectionable posts or comments
    • Discuss other personal activities that are not applicable to the content being discussed.

The Change Space is an Australian based operation and as such, we only comply with terms and conditions as per Australian consumer law. Regrettably, we do not comply with purchasing laws in other countries.

If you are found to be participating in any activity that is contrary to the terms and conditions contained in this document, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account effective immediately. The Change Space is not liable for any loss, damage or defamation that may arise from your failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions listed in this document.
