Tracey is a Transformation Specialist, Futurist and Entrepreneur with an extensive career as a corporate troubleshooter. Working across a diverse field of industries and sectors, she has helped organisations navigate complexity, manage strategic change, drive innovation and develop sustainable solutions. Her clients have included major banks, financial institutions, and government agencies, along with numerous other sectors.
Tracey brings extensive national and international experience working with a diverse range of organisations and community groups, from start-ups and SMEs to large corporate clients. Her unique blend of strategic insight, operational leadership, and deep expertise in STEM has made her a highly sought-after advisor and thought leader in strategic innovation and transformation. Recognised for her practical approach to solving complex challenges, Tracey has addressed audiences globally and is frequently invited to share her insights as a keynote speaker at industry events and conferences.
As part of Tracey’s values around giving back to the community, she has worked with Government on issues such as Homelessness and how to think differently, leveraging social innovation to tackle many of today’s major challenges. She also works closely with entrepreneurs, small businesses and start-ups to innovate, troubleshoot and scale. In 2012 Tracey was awarded the Medical Order of the Knights Hospitallers for her work within the Community.
Tracey now leads a number of ‘leading edge’ research and development programs to tackle current and future global issues. She has also written several publications on strategic innovation and transformation.
Tracey has a keen sense of humour and uses many of her real-life experiences to demonstrate why we need to think differently about innovation and transformation in today’s rapidly evolving world.
